Lemon, Ginger Mint tea
2 quarts boiling water, add to that 6 T (or 8 teabags) of dried
Peppermint leaves slightly crumbled, 2 to 3 T finely chopped candied
Ginger. Let sit till lukewarm. Strain into serving pitcher and add 1/2 c
lemon juice. Pour over lots of ice or chill well before serving. This
is wonderfully refreshing and though very little sugar (from the candied
ginger) it tastes rather sweet.
